Recipes for Modern Wellness

Seasonal, nourishing recipes created by Tytania Rose for health, balance, and enhanced personalised living

These recipes are an extension of a philosophy — that food should be elegant, deeply nourishing, and wholly supportive of the way you live. Updated periodically, this collection brings together whole-food inspiration shaped by a lifelong passion for flavour, wellbeing, and personalised nutrition.

Rooted in years as a nutrition-led chef — across private clients, bespoke wellness programmes, and restaurant projects — each dish is designed to taste exceptional while supporting energy, balance, and long-term health. They are influenced by my American roots in Atlanta and New York City, but also drawn from working and living in places like Thailand, India, Portugal, South Africa, Italy, and beyond. My goal is to meet a modern wellness sensibility, resulting in recipes that feel worldly, considered, but also quietly luxurious.

Many dishes were first created in response to individual client needs, offering refined solutions for specific dietary requirements and intolerances. Others were born from flavours discovered abroad, reimagined with seasonal, ethically sourced local ingredients. All of them sit at the intersection of culinary creativity and personalised nutrition — where health-supportive food becomes something genuinely beautiful to eat.

At the heart of this collection is a deep respect for the seasons. From light, plant-forward dishes to more restorative, grounding meals, each recipe moves in harmony with the natural rhythm of the year — and with the body's ever-changing needs.

These are more than recipes; they reflect how I believe food should feel — nourishing, seasonal, elevated, and created with intention. Designed to bring together health, wellness, and pleasure, each dish invites you to experience a more thoughtful and luxurious approach to everyday nutrition.

Chana chaat toasted seed savory granola

Chana chaat toasted seed savory granola

Very simple little garnish to enhance just about anything. Savoury granolas were kind of popular in the gourmet world a few years back, but I kind of revived it for a lot of recipes as its adds extra protein, nutrients, and texture to simple plan vegetarian dishes.

Corn rib salad with baby gem, feta, and toasted coconut

Corn rib salad with baby gem, feta, and toasted coconut

Gotta love a corn rib. We make these in the south, in Atlanta, Georgia, where I was born, and recently it has been on trend. Its really best to make these in late summer when corn is fresh as it can be quite a challenge to cut the cobs into quarters. But somehow deep frying the corn gives it this all over cook, so it is all pearly and bursting when you eat it. This is simply paired with some salty feta and sweet coconut, but the secret is in the paprika ghee…

Thai Carrot Soup with coconut yoghurt

Thai Carrot Soup with coconut yoghurt

A warming spicy soup that is easy to whip up. However the complexity and fragrance make it seem like it took hours. A fun light spin to make use of our abundance of carrots in winter…

French Toast Bites

French Toast Bites

Definitely for the smaller people in your life, but also a great little snack or brunch addition. We used to eat these growing up in the states for breakfast on the weekends, as my health nut mum didn’t allow us to eat cereal from boxes if they had cartoon characters on them. Love you mum!

Carrot Onion Bhajis with Mint Cucumber Raita

Carrot Onion Bhajis with Mint Cucumber Raita

Who doesn’t love a bhaji? Especially when they are naturally gluten free… quick to fry up and an impressive starter for guests.

Baked Crunchy Chickpeas

Baked Crunchy Chickpeas

I find these delicious moorish little protein bombs an amazing replacement for croutons in salads, but they are also great as snacks too. Especially for vegans looking for extra protein or gluten free eaters looking for a naturally gluten free alternative. You can flavour them in any masala mix, but i find the onion and garlic powder with the salt a key trio.

Bresaola Carpaccio with figs, aged sheep cheese, basil

Bresaola Carpaccio with figs, aged sheep cheese, basil

I created this recipe originally to pair with ostrich, as I was developing a recipe for a South African menu. However, it is completely interchangeable with bresaola, the lean meat charcuterie from Italy. This recipe works best in August when figs are ripe and bursting from the summer sun.
